So Christmas this year may not be quite the same but we cannot wait for you to join us for your Christmas lunch. Christmas diners are asked to arrive from 12.30 with food service starting at 1 pm
Starters
Cumbrian game terrine, parsnip puree, candid walnuts, vanilla, beetroot jam
Pan-fried wild Atlantic scallops gratinated in Gruyere cheese, bacon crumb, with lobster
and king prawn bon bon’s, pickled crayfish
Slow-cooked winter vegetable soup with spiced parsnip crisps, herb oil (VG)
Mains
Roast turkey breast, roast potatoes, creamy mashed potatoes, pigs in blankets
cranberry, apricot and sausage stuffing, turkey jus
Roast 28-day dry-aged salted sirloin of beef, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes,
creamy mashed potatoes, red wine and shallot jus
Both served with winter root vegetables
Roasted squash, chestnut, cranberry and hazelnut roast, pickled root vegetables (VG)
