Job Responsibilities:
As a Front of House Supervisor, you will:
• Lead and supervise our front-of-house team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle any customer inquiries or complaints.
• Train new staff members and provide ongoing training for existing staff.
• Ensure that health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations with a calm and positive demeanour.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
